01 Account access

A Neo Era account alone does not activate a backer reward. A valid private code must be reviewed and redeemed successfully against your account.

• Free Preview: temporary editing and 2D/3D previews. No saved projects, file downloads, exports or AI generation.
• Backer: up to 10 saved cloud projects and access to file exports while the reward is active.
• Backer AI: Backer features plus eligible access to Prompt to Design, subject to the applicable allowance and service availability.

Your actual access depends on the reward recorded for your account. Keep your password and activation code private. Contact the campaign creator if the activated reward does not match your pledge.

02 Your projects

Free Preview designs last only for the open page session. Reloading or closing the page can discard them. Display preferences may be retained separately from artwork.

Eligible accounts can save private cloud projects. The current limit is 10 projects per account, with a maximum project size of 16 MiB. Authorized device workflows may also retain local drafts or downloaded project copies.

Check the save status before leaving. Keep an independent backup when your access permits downloads. Deleting a project is not a promise that every backup, security record or separate AI result is immediately erased. Contact us for account or data requests.

03 AI design tools

Prompt to Design uses a studio-managed AI service. Eligible users do not need to supply an API key. Instructions and reference images used for generation or AI editing are sent to OpenAI for processing; the result can also be reviewed and refined automatically.

AI results can contain errors, differ from the requested composition or resemble other results. Review artwork, colour mapping and printable geometry before exporting or printing. AI generation does not guarantee an exclusive design, copyright protection, exact text, a specific fit or a successful print.

Requests may be queued, limited or rejected by safety checks. When a request fails, follow the status shown in the editor; repeatedly submitting the same request is not a guarantee that it will complete. Manual painting, moving existing artwork and local palette adaptation are separate from requesting a new AI generation or edit.

04 Allowances and expiry

Only benefits expressly included in your activated reward or a confirmed offer apply. This beta notice does not itself grant a fixed annual term, a monthly AI allowance or a package of AI credits.

If a time-limited membership or credit package is offered, its duration, start date, credit rules, expiry and renewal conditions must be disclosed before you activate or obtain it. Proposed future plans are not active entitlements.

Access can stop when a reward expires or is revoked. That does not itself mean your existing projects are immediately deleted. Contact us if you need help with access or retrieving your own content; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

05 Artwork and licences

You retain the rights you already hold in artwork you upload. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including images, logos and reference material. Using AI does not resolve third-party copyright, trademark or other rights.

The Neo Era shoe models, original printable files and campaign rewards have their own applicable licence. Access to the editor or AI does not replace that licence or automatically grant permission to redistribute the models or sell printed footwear.

Projects saved to your account are not made public simply because you use the editor. Any future public-sharing feature must make its sharing choice and applicable permissions clear.

06 Printing and previews

The assembled shoe is a visual preview. A GLB is not a sliced print job. Open printable exports in your slicer and check build-plate fit, material assignments, TPU compatibility, layer thickness, relief height and any required filament-change pause.

The current manual single-nozzle workflow supports up to 2 colours with raised artwork. TPU-compatible multiple heads or toolchangers support up to 9 colours, with or without relief. Your printer and filament must support the chosen method.

Size conversions and uniform scaling from the EU 46 reference model are technical estimates. Confirm real-world fit and connector tolerances with appropriate test prints. Colour appearance and fine details can differ between the screen and the printed result.

07 Data and privacy

The hosted service uses Supabase for account authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and project storage, and Resend for account emails. AI features use OpenAI. Account records, saved projects, generated results and operational records may be stored to provide and protect the service.

AI processing is not entirely local to your browser. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in; provider retention and safety-processing rules still apply. See OpenAI API data controls.

Do not include passwords, private activation codes or unnecessary personal information in prompts or reference images. Contact the campaign creator for access, correction, deletion or other data-rights requests. The information required for any paid Studio offer, including operator and privacy contact details, must be provided with that offer.

08 Responsible use

Do not bypass account permissions, misuse another person's activation code, extract restricted files without authorization, interfere with other users or automate requests in a way that disrupts the service. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

Proportionate technical limits may protect availability and prevent abuse. Where access is restricted, you can contact us for review. These measures do not remove rights or remedies that apply to you by law.

09 Service changes and your rights

The beta can change as issues are corrected and tools improve. Maintenance or provider outages may temporarily affect availability. Material changes should be communicated where required, and this page is not permission to remove an already purchased benefit retroactively.

Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, refund or digital-service conformity rights. Downloadable content and ongoing online services may have different rules; any relevant purchase and cancellation information must be provided before a paid transaction.

The date above identifies this version of the beta information. Commercial membership and AI-credit conditions will be stated separately if those offers become available.
